Many customers send us Emails asking: " do you have this...
and that..."
We have. But what good serves to send data on properties, better
and prettier than the pictures and the qualities of the property
are?
Anything will be decided without a visit and a detailed
inspection.
The ideal is to do the following:
Send us a Email saying what you intends to buy and WHEN you want
to travel to Algarve, so that we can organise, with time, a visit
to the properties that we thought better adapts, in its
characteristics, with what you intends to buy.
Then, when you arrive, one of us (this is a small company of two
persons) will go, during the whole day, if such is necessary, to
show you all the properties that we chose for you. We make that
with pleasure and, obviously, totally free.
If some of the properties, later, it comes to please you and you
decide to buy it, there we will have our percentage of 5% that
will reward us of all the expenses made with other customers
that, in the end, have decided not to acquire none of the
properties that we have showed them.
But what to do with that? We will try to improve our offer, in
each negative tour, in form that the buyers' percentage always
goes increasing...
